MKE Tech Hub Coalition’s Tech Skilling Program provides solutions to qualify and retain skilled tech talent in Southeastern Wisconsin.
Based on a market-responsive, employer-first design, the program reduces barriers and costs for employers to access, develop, and expand skilled talent capacity to meet business needs. This ensures our program broadens access to tech career pathways for untapped talent in alignment with demand and data trends.

About the Skilling Program
MKE Tech Hub Coalition’s Tech Skilling Program provides solutions to qualify and retain skilled tech talent in Southeastern Wisconsin. Based on a market-responsive, employer-rst design, the program reduces barriers and costs for employers to access, develop, and expand skilled talent capacity to meet business needs.
How it Works
The Tech Skilling Program offers tech talent development through a three-tiered approach to skilling. Employer members of the Coalition are eligible to receive access to program support via experiential learning, reskilling, and upskilling.
Skills training grants and wage reimbursement grants are available to employer members of the Coalition
