Annual Conference for Women Entrepreneurs: Presented by She Stands Tall
Milwaukee Central Library will be the host for She Stands Tall’s annual Women’s Entrepreneurship Week (WEW), setting the stage for five energizing days of inspiring workshops, talks, and networking opportunities—PLUS a Thursday night party! Every moment is carefully crafted to spark innovation, foster connections, and celebrate the diverse voices of women in business.
Our theme for WEW 2025: Radiate ‘88
This year, we’re shining a light on the Women’s Business Ownership Act of 1988, a landmark moment that changed the game for women entrepreneurs. This historic act:
Prohibited state laws requiring women to have a male co-signer on business loans
Established Women’s Business Centers to provide mentorship and resources
Expanded opportunities for women to own and grow their businesses
Radiate ‘88 celebrates how far we’ve come while empowering the next generation of women to lead, innovate, and thrive. We can’t wait for you to join us at the Milwaukee Central Library and be part of this incredible celebration!
