As returnship programs become a more popular talent pipeline strategy within the tech industry, we are excited to bring together both Returners and employers to share their experiences. Attendees at this event will hear from Returners as they share their journey leaving and re-entering the workforce, and from employers who have successfully deployed Returners within their organizations. For those new to the concept of a returnship, we will kick off the event with a 5-10 minute Returnship 101 overview. Attendees will learn how a Returnship can bridge the gap between tech professionals who have a gap in their work history, and employers in need of new talent pipelines. After the panel, we will celebrate the occasion with light appetizers and a toast to the future of the MKE Tech ecosystem!
